The Successor Qualification Program – PQS – has as its premise the qualification of future generations of managers of family businesses, and promotes the qualification of heirs/successors to take over the family business.
The Program’s general objective is to qualify and develop the organization’s successor, able to contribute to the development and continuity of the company for the next generations.
The heir will be a more qualified successor, as long as there is a Program that allows the direction of the professional’s formation, through content that permeates a practical approach, and applicability of the concepts in the organization.
