The stages of the Succession Program are as follows:

I – Familiarization of the Successor (s);
II – Development of the Learning Process with pre-established actions that must be carried out by the successor (s);
III – Performance evaluations of the Successor (s) by the Founder and the Board of Directors;
IV – Adaptation of the Successor(s) performance to the standard expected by the company.
